Maintain or replace 15 year old system

I have a 15 year old Goodman straight cool system the AH is the AE48 and is a 4 ton and the outside is a 3 1/2 ton. I have only had one minor repair outside so far.

Three years prior when I had the system checked the tech removed the filter from the bottom of the AH as he thought my three home returns were filtered and they do not have filters.

The A frame coil is real dirty and the blower is also.

Should I spend the $$$$$ to have this done or replace the entire system with a new one for about $$$

Could use some sound wisdom from those who know. I have had at least 13 AC contractors through giving me prices to replace.

If you have the money, I would get a new AC. Usually the life span of an AC is around 15 years and the new ones will be a lot more energy efficient. I am not a contractor so I can only give advice based on an energy stand point.
