    carrier 48tced17b

    have about 12 units that will not drain condensate appears composite pan has warped. anyone else seen this.

    Its odd all the water pools in the center nothing at either end. when 10 out of 12 units do the same thing something is fishy

    Last year we had 2 units we installed on one roof, both had cracked pans..
    Carrier picked up the tab on replacing the pans.

    Yeah they supposibly changed material to a better blend , less brittle.
