Size: 48.7 KB150000 btu furnace matched up with a 2.5 ton a-coil. Customer called because sheet metal tape blew off. Needless to say the idiot contractor who put this in can't be found.

I was so distracted by the awe inspiring vent connector that it took me a minute to notice what you were talking about.
If more government is the answer, then it's a really stupid question.

That venting is quite mesmerizing, a sheet metal sculpture of a tornado. Such a masterpiece should be signed and sent to the Louvre so all of mankind can benefit from beholding its striking beauty. Sadly, many such finds are lost by the unenlightened common man.

You can actually see the heat ex changer.

It looks like Dr Suess's Furnace.

    Nice catch.
That setup was designed to drip the condensate onto the heat exchanger so it could transmorph the condensate into rust!

Lol yeah I missed it a first too. That's amazingly mismatched. Easy to inspect though.

Its sad people go out and make money by doing that kinda stuff, I would have centered it and used metal lol, but I have never seen the need of a coil 6" smaller than the furnace, get the right coil dude, not to mention I would hope thats a big house in a cold state to have that calaberation
