    2 plate reefer unit

We have a route truck with a small refrigerated compartment...it has two plates unlike
The others...only one plate freezing....the frost on line ends just before it enters second plate....was wondering if maybe expansion valve was culprit...any suggestions..?

Did you look in the compressor section ? Tell me if you see on the small copper line a sight glass which has a glass window in it.
