Evaporator coil recommendations for 2 Ton Trane XR13

I currently have a York indoor evaporator coil that has a bad leak. I haven't been happy with its performance with my Trane 2 Ton XR13 outdoor compessor.

Any recommend a good evaporator coil that works well with a Trane XR13 compressor: part number 2TTR3030?

3030 is a 2.5 ton. Have your dealer put in a 4TXC 2.5 ton coil and change to the R22 TXV Trane has a kit for.

X2 that will be a all aluminum coil and they are holding up very well

That is the coil I would install also and change txv to r-22. I have done this in the past with no problems. What size is your furnace and coil width? As the 3030 will be 17.5 wide.

Furnace is a York Diamond 80 model number: P3HUA12N04801B.

This will be my 3rd coil in 10 years so i really would like a good one that will work well with the Trane 13xr compressor.

The 0330 coil will be 17.5 wide so just something to think about. You might Want to look at the 4TXCA024 coil from Trane which would be 14.5 wide. Talk with the installer and see what he suggests. Your system might require a little
More seniable load so the 0330 coil might be the way to go plus it adds a little more eff. The system.

Good point and most times you have to pull the furnace anyones to replace the coil if in a closet.
