water damage
i got a no cooling call last summer i walk down the stairs and i can see a water line all the way around the unfinished basement walls a foot up, and on the geothermal heat pump access panel so i open up the cabinet and find what you see in the pic, home owner said that the water never made it that far lol sorry but it did

moisture does some ugly things to electronics
