    I wonder why CFM 2 doesn't work?

I have been running calls in an area where we let a tech go and found this today.

The yellow and blue wires are the control wires. It is cfm 2 relay on a 20 ton voyager. It is loose because I took it off.

Thats the commercial where the guy calls a supervisor "mr dumbass" during an interview.

Sad how easy it is to wire a relay, and some people just miss it.
"Better tell the sandman to stay away, because we're gonna be workin on this one all night."

"Dude, you need more than 2 wires to a condenser to run a 2 stage heatpump."

    "Just get it done son."

    Dad adjusted

Now here is the GREAT part. He couldn't figure it out so he just wire nutted cfm 2 to cfm 1 which is run off of the compressor contactors. AND, installed a 10 mfd cap were a 25 should be. Wonder why we let him go?
