not looking for how too , just diagnosis
Ruud UPBK 042JA2 H.P.with matching Rheem AH 4 ton coil but the jet c/o for the 3.5, all metal ductwork , clean coil and filters

using the chart on equipment , my VL Temp should be 68-70 degrees according to AMB TEMP and VL press.instead its 45-48 degrees which is great if thats an indication coil temp

head pressures and VL seem fine and there is a 16 degree drop accross the coil and a 20 temp rise over condenser

seems like i'm losing my cooling effic. in the VL instead of the coil. any advice much appreciated...

Unfortunately, the diagnosis is pretty simple but we are not permitted to go any further. Also because you dont have enough data, it's easier to misdignose it. You might consider finding another tech since the last one seems to be missing basic skills.
