Hey Scotsman
Would it be to much trouble to put a hole in the curtain for adjusting the ice thickness control on your prodigy units?
I can deal with all the other design flaws. This one just drives me crazy

New prodigy startup checklist:
1. Make sure updated harvest assist motor installed.
2. Make sure to caulk wall where water leaks from evap section.
3. Order hinged curtain, relocate curtain switch.
4. Drill hole in new curtain.
5. Make sure harvest assist pin lined up.
6. On remotes cut out sh**ty quick connects and braze lines at head, condensing section and condenser section.
7. Pray for no other issues
8. Enjoy ice, oh and make sure you clean it every other month
