    If he is collecting money, which he probably is, then he is running a business irrespective of it being taxable or not. Running businesses in residential areas is very regulated. He cant hide behind the Bible.

    I believe anyone should be able to practice any religion anywhere they want.....but then again you are liable for the people in Your home, and the building should be safety ready and up to code.

    Constitutional rights are not absolute.

    They do not confer immunity to or exemption from National, State, County, and Municipal laws, codes, ordinances or regulations.

    When a complaint is filed, the appropriate authority is obliged to investigate and issue legal consequences or remedies if violations are found.

    As far as the constitution is concerned, there is no such thing as legal or illegal, there is only lawfull and unlawfull.

    Legal/illegal is a UCC contruct that involves contracts.
