    So u say low suction means low freon?

    this is as bad as Ive seen them. Turns out they had a hack job in the basement and someone had attached the supply right above the stove into the return plenum. Bad bad bad...

    that's why two hoses need to be attached to the machine for a diagnosis

    Sure thing... I see techs do it all the time, they jump out of the truck, attach the suction side hose, see low pressure and start adding freon. this had 50/310

    That's a trip to the local car wash for me.

    The last A coil I had that looked like that came out of a a hair salon. Disgusting.

    I isolated the lines, charged the coil with nitro and then spent 3 bucks to make it like new again.

    After seeing that the homeowners decided to go for a new system... Their system was 1/2 ton too small for their house, I couldnt be happier for their decision for two obvious reasons... lol...
