HVAC agent
anyone ever use HVAC agent and any luck? We just put a job posting on there so we hope it works out.
We are looking for a tech who can work on boilers up to 1,000 HP and have know how to read a wire diagram. Also would like tech to have a basic understanding of HVAC systems. Lots of RTUs up to 50 tons. Chillers would be handled by other techs unless tech can work on it. Job is in Reading PA

A kid I was in school with got a job through them and EMCOR. He had a solid resume, was young, smart, and was built like an ox. Woulda been dumb not to hire him though. He swears by them. I still have 3 months left, but I will be looking harder soon.

I'm in Ohio and didn't get anything through them. I was hired twice through Monster.com and that's even with being in a Union. The local apparently didn't give my name to the contractor but the contractor found me on Monster anyhow.

HVAC Agent is a good system in my opinion and should be worthwhile.

I used it to find companies that were hiring and then went to them directly and applied in person..
