    Fan motor maybe going out and not turning the rpms its supposed to be turning and took out the cap but still hasnt died yet.

    possible ive either seen them good or bad I was thinking maybe the blade got bent but it dosent seem to be??

    26 degree but also air seems to be coming out the top 5inches of the condenser coils and out the top

    Has the fan blades slid down the shaft.Should be able to see mark from set screw on shaft if this has happened. I am saying this maybe a possibility since u are having air coming out 5 inches and homeowners have been around it

    I'd check fan blade position and I'm assuming shroud looks normal. You said you had the right rotation.

    is the blade on upside down ?

    make sure the outter edges are pointing up , like as if the blades were cupped to hold water

    As for the pressures hunting , are you sure the piston is correct size ??

    Its not backwards is it ...

    Blade hasnt slide down the shaft and not running backwards.
    piston also correct
    Amana tech wants me to change the blade and motor because he said it should be drawing closer to 1 amp and its drawing .6
    Sorry for the delay getting back to everyone I really appreciate everyones help thanks
