    Confused

I have a low side sitting at 90 psi and high side bouncing

back and forth from 200 to 500 psi. The compressor amps

is bouncing back and forth from 5 amps to 10 amps and it's

rated at 12.1 RLA. Superheat is 15. It's 89 degress

outside and 80 in the house. Coils fully clean and fan

running fine. What is my problem?

    This is Turtle.

you need to bring the freon level down on it till the bouncing stoppes. On a hvac system that holds 5 pounds , 10 pounds will never fit in it. i think you have too much freon in it.
