Breaks?!?!?

I carry a 1 gallon water and ice and a water bottle inside and keep filling it up with sqwincher qwic stick and water

Yesterday was the worst I've had it EVER! 100+ ambient and I had the pleasure of changing out a pump on the roof of a reefer truck. Just a little K body crammed into a tiny little space. The sun was reflecting off the white paint and aluminium or stainless body parts. Had to be 120+ Thank God it was at a vending company. All the beverages I wanted. 4 bottles of gatorade and 8 bottles of water and not a single drop of urine left my "no no special place." I was on a roof later in the day that was 106 and it actually felt comforting.

I don't take breaks either. But at times when I am idle on the roof, I like to see how many rocks I can toss into the RTU curb rail pockets.
