    Confused Lennox Prodigy Board

    Recently replaced board because the EMS, Novar couldn't make temp control changes. Since board has been replaced and the perimeters set, they say they don't see the unit therefore can't connect. I double checked the perimeters and address making sure no two units had the same address. All plugs are keyed differently so as not to plug them where they do not belong. I didn't unwire any, just removed old plugs from bad board to the new board. Am I missing something?
