Carrier has an excellent program, but you need to be a dealer.

I'm hoping to find one that will allow me to enter the actual amount I've spent on utilities in addition to the the current cost of propane and electricity. Some of the ones I've found online show that I'll save 2-3 times as much as I spent last year!

Call a Carrier dealer in your area. He can run the numbers in minutes. Are you thinking of installing a geothermal sytem?
They also have split geothermal (gas furnace (heat) back-up with geo heat pump) systems that make alot of sense. Rebates can be huge.

AS good Geo installers, we have software to show our clientele what the annual operating cost would be; Geo system vs other types based on your HeatLoad calc and utility costs.
Look up Waterfurnace website for savings calculator.

This should get you close:

Make sure you reconcile current consumption assumption to actual. Since most load calcs are oversized, annual consumption is correspondingly overstated. This will make savings estimates high.Which makes more sense to you?
CONSERVATION - turning your thermostat back and being uncomfortable. Maybe saving 5-10%
ENERGY EFFICIENCY - leaving your thermostat where everyone is comfortable. Saving 30-70%
DO THE NUMBERS! Step on a HOMESCALE.
What is comfort? Well, it AIN'T just TEMPERATURE!
Energy Obese? An audit is the next step - go to BPI.org, or RESNET, and find an auditor near you.
