    Trash that POS, don't get yourself(or your boss) in a situation where the customer feels like you owe them a coil because it was in one piece before you started working on it. Change coil or walk away!

    I see your point.

    It's a new customer in a large strip center. If I walk they will continue with the same guy that's been working on this center for years.

    I have to salvage this customer. Maybe the visual of the coil falling apart with the washdown will do it.
