1 go to http://imageshack.us/
2 choose upload file
3 re size image to 640*480 [for message boards]
4 search the pic. and put it in by copy paste [right mouse click] [or select]
5 host it
6 copy/paste the link [direct link to image]
7 paste this in between {img}....link.... {/img}
Attention instead of { } you use [ ] [i cant use the wright code, if i do the lights in the pentagon dim automatically ]

Well I tried
