2t Lennox with matching evap this morning.

Started 9am left with system running at 12:30pm.

2 Ton Lennox 13 SEER 410 condenser with a c33-24a-2f evap, no txv changeout from r-22.
When done, I had 21f temp drop. 37f at first supply.
Ambient at half past noon was 101f.
I left the tstat at 72f and asked her to call me when if satisfied. She called at 3:45 saying it had reached 72f and temp right now in Atlanta area is 102. Im very happy with this install since I didnt encounter any hang ups.

Flushed line set with rx-11, nitrogen press test and sweep. Vacuum 30 min, (without micron gauge... I know, I have to get one)

She didnt have enough money for the furnace so I'll change it later on in the year. One very happy customer whose tstat never saw the underside of 79f.

lol.... Those are pan treatment tablets. I put two in in every evap install. I cant remember why i started doing that. It just feels right.

Nice work. When you do the fau you should install a float switch on the overflow outlet of the coil. I would also route the condensate drain line with better clearance from the vent.

Them stupid things are expensive for what they are... I only use them on condensate pumps.

Thanks for the feedback. She declined the overflow switch and signed a waiver. She was at her limit with her cashflow or we would have gone for the furnace also at this time. The drain line is farther than it looks from the vent pipe, and that first piece of vent is double wall so its safe from the heat. Thanks for pointing those out anyways, both valid points.
