Taylor 345 slush machine problem

working on taylor 345 slush machine, i need to decrease the cut out amp setting
to use on home made lemonade product.
could anyone share how to get into tech setting mode?

I work with stoelting before and never work on Taylor.

thank you for the link. that link is for operator use only.
for service tech manual is not posted anywhere but dealer only.

there is code or certain way to go into setting mode which only dealer tech have the access for it.

taylor have no tech support for non dealer tech.
hoping anyone who use to be work for taylor may have remember the access code.

Good luck with that. It would probably be easier to get into Fort Knox Did you try calling Taylor direct ? I have gotten tech help from them in the past.

DSL inc is in same building with us. They are west coast US and Canada dealer for Taylor
I though they would help since I know some of the tech. They said they can get fired for give away info to non dealer tech
no need more competition I say :)
Never try directly with Taylor but I would say the will tell me to contact DSL since they are in west coast area.

Tell them the distributor is not helping you and you need to service there equipment. Worked for me.
