I have a customer who have Trane equipment on a couple sites: one has a CCP3 controller and another is using Tracer Summit with a BCU with TUC controller. I worked on these systems in the past, but am w/o Varitrac software or Eware (I believe is what controls the TUC controllers). Is it true that this software is typically provided to the customer upon purchase of these systems or is it a separate purchase?
