I'm an ex 1626 who left before the transition. I saw the writing on the wall.
Coming up in the industry working for York was my dream. We had York machines and York Factory Service and I just knew that's what I wanted to be. One day it came to be, it was a good thing and I really enjoyed representing the York name, and working with some great people.
York is still near and dear to me and
always will be. Times and things have changed, especially in our world of hvac. Big business seems to set the standard. But it's not just JCI, it's everywhere, look at who owns what now.
Almost all of the major players are owned and managed by some big company.
What ya gonna do? Love 'em or hate 'em they hold the cards!
Superheat, that must be REALLY hot.

To destroy is always easier(much easier) than to build.

    Thanks phil53 , turbomaster , Taicool , henpeck , you to klove
Arguing with your Boss is like wrestling with a pig in
    mud.
After a while you realize that while you are getting
dirty, the pig is actually enjoying it.

It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it
    creative problem solving.

Actually, following the analogy, I'm thinking Jay would be at Krystal (or White Castle) now..... Just kidding!
