I have NO idea how this thing did not kill this lady...
yes, that is the white wire connected to a 3 phase breaker, and installed into a single phase panel... hooked to a disconnect with a 240 GFCI connected to the black wire... on the Ground bus...
I pulled it all. and called in an inspection/inquiry... the company is GONE!!!The TRUE highest cost system is the system not installed properly...
