    Unbelievable Ductless install

Another company installed 2 ductless Carrier units 3-4 years ago for this doctor in his home. Nice home - they hate the piping on the exterior. I think in part because of the crappy install - we picked up the account.

That's what I was thinking. Plenty of other things in need of repair in the photos (railing, siding, door jam needs paint), looks to me like the "Doctor" is tighter than two coats of paint.

Wow, that looks horrible. Who would run screws into someones window frame? I guess "They thought it looked better" if they ran the condensate line in one direction and the lineset in the other.

This brings back a story about a service call I remember. Two doctors, and this is in a fancy office on Park Ave.in Manhattan. Well I get to the call about 1/2 hour before quitting time, the unit needs 2 hours to fix so I ask if they want it done OT. They than start a fight between themselves. One is screaming to the other,You likeA/C you pay the OT. By the time they stopped I could have fixed the unit, had to go back the next morning.

Threw the window frame is odd but atleast they strapped it. Around hear the condenser would have been on the roof with line set over the edge and then threw the building. Thats how the hacks roll out hear. A cone in the roof whats that?
