Can anyone here speak with authority concerning the ACCA apprentice program? My application is sitting on my boss's desk (has been for months) ready go but he claims they are "changing some of the educational requirements" so he is waiting to see what happens. I was told by another source (who sits on the Apprentice Training Committee) that I have all the required "related instruction" hours by virtue of my diploma.
To wit: Is the "on the job training" requirement retro? Meaning does it start when the application is accepted or does time prior to application count?
I think my boss is just avoiding the cost of the program - which I already said I'd pay the whole damn thing if necessary.
Money I can get...time I cannot buy.
