Scabs. I got buddies who worked there at one point. Not a horrible option IF youve got DUI trouble and few options. They do have some good, high profile accts and a rep for being squirrelly.

If things go poorly there, guys usually wind up at the door step of jjair, but the owners of the two are buddies, so....

If you get in at jj and fail obedience training, refuse to learn spanish, or refuse to drink the koolaid, you're gone and then the employment slope becomes very slippery.

I got a buddy that folded his outfit and took a job at Lockheed, not a bad gig.

Uc Berkeley was looking for an Hvac guy recently, another good gig except for the state budget woe's.

The reputable employers in the bay area are union and scares.

They have one of the highest turnover rates in the industry. Two guys I know, that don't know each other, said the same thing when they went to work for them, that they will find a way not to give the sign on bonus amount. They don't work there anymore. Additionally they don't have a good rep in Northern CA.

Was 105 degrees a couple days ago. 75 today, 80's for next week. Pretty comfy...
