XS Energy optimizer?

I am under the impression this has to do with the frame heaters for a glass door line up - the ones in mention in particular are part of a anthonys glass door line up ), they are having a issue with condensation building up on the displays glass on doors 2,3,5, and 10. it seems that there are 3 of these located within the system and two of them seem to have failed.


My question mainly is where can i find replacements? and does any one have particular information or specifics on what they do.

I'm pretty green particularly to refrigeration so any advice helps.

resolved - they havent made that controller in six years, bypassed - frame heaters run continuos.
