    I am calling it as a fake/stunt.

    Too many things the cop does that go against training, his uniform looks fake, and his duty belt is incorrectly set up.

    The 'suspects' shirt it the icing on the cake.

    Saw something simalar a few years ago.
    He should be cited for improper loading. You need to load beer starting with the lower rack on the cart or you will flip the whole sumbeach over, Including your mower.
