There is no option for UC in point editor. Your 1000 ohm RTD would have a slope of 0.1 and intercept of -40.0, not taking into account wire size or lenght.

Formulas for a 4-20mA input on a UC
Slope = (V2 - V1) / 2602
Intercept = V1 - (Slope x 650)
Sensor 0-65
V1 = 0
V2 = 65
Slope = (65 - 0) / 2602
Slope = 0.024981
Intercept = V1 - (Slope x 650)
Intercept = V1 - (0.024981 x 650)
Intercept = -16.23765
