Flowcon valve and balancing valve usage
Is there any advantage of using Flowcon valve in water system rather than balancing valve?
There are advantages of Flowcon valve, which are less commissioning time, and less valves in the system. However, the disadvantages are likelyhood of installing catridges in wrong valves, not being able to measure flow at part load, and fighting between 2-way control valve and Flowcon valve.
Does anyone have experience of using these two different valves? which one is better?
If we want to measure the flow, can we have a balancing valve at the downstream of Flowcon valve? would it work?
