One room cooler then others
I have central AC and one bedroom is colder in the winter and warmer in the summer then the rest of the house. Winter is not a big problem, because we can just turn the heat up, but in the summer, the AC until runs all day and the rest of the house does not get cooler then 78 degrees (say 90 degrees outside).
The air is cold coming out of vent, and is there a way to tunr up the AC so it blows the air stronger? It seems that the AC out of the vent in spare bedroom is not as strong as other vents.
Sounds like you need some ductwork. Couldn't tell you what specifically without seeing it.
Also sounds like possibly some trouble with the A/C. Yep.
I recommend to you a service call. A competent technician will know what to look for.

Changed your filter, lately?
Building Physics Rule #1: Hot flows to cold.
Building Physics Rule #2: Higher air pressure moves toward lower air pressure
Building Physics Rule #3: Higher moisture concentration moves toward lower moisture concentration.
It sounds like you need maintenance ( or new unit, if > 14 years old)
