    Were those T12 tubes? That gives me a clue, I bought a case of GE UltraMAX ballasts (GE-232-MAX-H/ULTRA) and upgraded mine to T8 tubes.

    T12s seem so outdated now.
    To get the degree symbol on Windows hold down the Alt key and type 0176 on the keyboard number pad. It is also available via the character map, and on Windows 8.1 devices with a touchscreen via the on screen keyboard.

    There is no "E" in either BluVac or Blu-ray Disc.

    We hired an HVAC contractor to install a new furnace last year. He pulled the no filter cabinet, shove the filter under the blower stunt. Needless to say I called the lowlife on it.
    He sent his minions back out to install a filter cabinet, but screwed up everything else in the process. I ended up redoing the whole mess.
