    This was a lightening claim I did for an Ins. Co. I can only guess when the doublewide was sold, move and set up again someone forgot to tell the new owner that a repair was made to a compressor terminal.

    Every homeowner wishes that their blown compressor was something else besides neglect...we won't even consider diagnosing lightning damage unless other appliances in the house were damaged at the same time. Insurance red tape to file a claim isn't worth it.
