    I was saying your issue is the mismatch. That is why it is hissing. If the Condenser is new then it is at least 13. Seer. The evap you have is probably 8 seer. They just won't work together and may cause the symptom you describe. Just trying to help but you need to give us more to go on also.

    I posted a scenario other than that its not going to happen. your micron gage doesn't lie if your hoses and gauges don't leek and a system with nitro doesn't lie either if your hoses and gauges don't leek period. proper procedures is the answer.

    Philstanley, did you measure super heat and subcool? If you would post those numbers you would not get "heckled", you would get answers.
