Having airflow issues with this unit.

Chilled and hot water coils. Coils and filters are clean. All dampers are open but church isn't maintaining temp when occupied. Any info on unit would be appreciated. I have our balancer heading out to take readings this week. TIA Fitz

has it ever worked? were there and changes since? what is the CW temps, the DT across the coils. Is it air flow or temp. To very different things.
you could have flow issues, pumps issues, air etc... did you rule all this out.

Yeah, it sounds as if so far most of the attention has been given to the air side. Don't forget about about the water side.

Is there air flow (does the fan turn on?). Does the coils get the CHW and HHW?

All "39 Series" Carrier air handlers are purpose built so you will have to call Carrier( and hope you get someone that even knows what they are) to decipher its numbers. It appears to be built in the sixties.
What is the Delta T through the chilled water coils when running? Also how much fresh air are you pulling?
