    Hey guys,
    A) Anyone know the torque value for the seal coverplate bolts?
    B)What is acceptable leak rate?
and C)Do you guys pull these things out with and pre-load them with threaded rod? (that is, are there female threads in the main body to accept say 1/4-20 rod to pull it out evenly like on a York Centrifugal)

    Thanks 404

    55-60 lbs/ft

The seal plate will bump off when the bolts are out.
The seal is a bellows type that is replaced as an assembly.
You will not need a puller for the seal. Bearing yes.

After Seal is installed and some run time you should not have a leak. You will not need a puller but you will have a heck of a time pulling the seal out.
