MP 580 Reading 0's in Summit

I have an mp580 with a DAC profile. in rover all the inputs and outputs read fine but in summit in the i/o screen they read 0. all the names for the points are there but no readings. if you go to the standard graphic for the 580 the supply air temp and all the readings are there. But the custom graphic is reading the zeros. the custom graphic is looking at all the right points for this controler. Any thoughts.

Just making sure, you have the custom graphic going to "Universal Input[1]" as opposed to something like "Universal Input Units[1]" correct?

I have seen things like this with UI13 on an AH540 before becuase it was an issue with Celcius to Farenheit conversions.

I would say to back up your .rcf and TGP on the MP580. Upgrade the firmware. Factory reset the 580 and reload your .rcf and TGP.

Then un-assign the 580 from Summit, save that change. Then scan the link and re-assign the 580 so it will force it to go out and re-bind all the points.

Also it might be a good idea to make sure whatever version of Summit you are using that the software is up to date with the latest service pack and that the firmware on the BCU is current. 16.092 for v16 and 17.073 for v17 are the current versions for BMTX/BMTW panels.
