Chilled water valves and actuator selection

Hi,

Is it possible to select the chilled water valve and actuator by using ahu coil water flow rate? i have a data of 107.63 l/s but cannot get upstream and downstream pressure from them.

Please help me if you know the solution. Thank you.

flow will help with size, but pressure is important. you will need to know this to get the right torque. if they don't have pressure gauges you may want to hook one up.
