My wife has lost 15 lbs (though she didn't really NEED to ;-). It's all about self control.

As an added bonus my wife is friends with the health inspector's wife and we were told OCB is one of the cleanest restaurants he has seen in York County.

I have been up and down with my weight. I exercise for awhile, then I don't. I never have been fat, but 10 or 20 pounds is always going on and off. And those ten or 20 is enough for me.

I have been trying to learn a lot more about this flucuation, and I am beginning to learn through the news and reading that, NOT eating is bad for you. And this is exactly my problem.

As for exercise, when it's slow I am all for it, but when it's busy, the climbing, toting tools, lifting, the walking, I dunno about you guys but in my mind, that's a pretty active day with out the need for exercise. So the exercise part of the equation is handled.

    But.

I won't eat breakfast, maybe lunch. I drink coffee all morning. So by 4 I am starving, but don't get the chance to eat till about 6 or 7 pm. By the time I do eat, I eat like a pig. The absoilute worst time to load up on food.

The damn coffee. I have tried and tried. I know this is part of the equation worsening my eating binge at dinner. But it's difficult as all get out to quit.

I don't mean guys like you Dow, we are all like that in one way or another.......or even Rob, although he could lose 10lbs of ugly fat by merely cutting off his head.

sorry, was trying to be conceded again and talk about myself.

I see your point bigtime. I was just telling the little lady last night.

I am back to work for someone now a days and we do nothing but supermarkets. I by no means am meaning to exaggerate in no way what so ever. 7 years ago. Did supermarket work. Now back doing it. This is where you see the fat people in a big way. It's so obvious to me from seven years ago. I see it not fat but extremely obese people now, almost all the time. If I go to to 4 stores in one day, I bet I might see, 2 or 3 in each store.

And the other very noticeable thing is the fat kids.
