I no longer get email notifications when someone replies to a post. Is something different with the site? Nothing has changed on my end.

my email allows mail from everyone. i have not changed anything. i used to get the notifications, but they mysteriously stopped.

check your spam blocker and if you find the posts in there, highlight one of them and then put it in your favorites folder
