rdholder!!!!!!
i ordered a fieldpiece tool bag from rd and was sent the wrong one by accident. on a whim i called the phone number at 7pm his time.... not only did he answer he went above and beyond to make it right...way more than i ever expected. heck i didnt even expect to get an answer!
anyway i also found out hes a retired hvac tech and an all around cool guy!!!
just wanted to brag about my good experience

I ordered 2 anemometers and a digi psychrometer made by fielpiece from rdholder. I ordered them @ 5 on Friday night. They were at my door Monday morning. Not what I expected with free shipping. But they were sent usps priority express. Plus he thru in a free refer hose and a pocket screwdriver!
geez!!! the more i learn the more i know i need to learn!!
