Not sudden or accidental.
Now, if you were to straight wire it to the panel without a breaker and hot wired the chassis, I'll bet it would be a shocking experience for any dod that hiked his leg on it.
Seriously, can't you put some sort of fence or barrier btw the dod and the condenser?
Come to think of it, what's a 'dod'?Keep the fire inside the fireplace.

Its a new security initiative in conjunction with the EPA. DOD personnel go house to house urinating on condensing units and then wait for technicians to swap out condensers.
They are closely monitored via drones mounted with HD cameras.
Lack of proper reclaiming techniques earns the poor guy a year in Gitmo....

I almost thought he was at the same house i was at once. Told the home owner about it and recomend to think about replacing. Home owner says it works fine and better then ever.
