Pork ribs seered and then sauced!

Get them cooking, seer both sides, start the ribs on the outside part of the rib, Then lower the temp, glaze with a nice rib sauce and flip and reglaze a couple of times a side until the sauce becomes almost transparent! Then allow the ribs to set up covered but with no flame for 5 minutes!

I like to put my ribs in a brine solution, bring to a boil, pull 'em out, then grill them. Talk about moist and tender. Mmmmm Mm.
