Accross drier dropped 5 deg. Circuit 1. Circuit 2 no refrigerant. Off on lpc. Im going back on monday to change drier. What do you think. Ill report back monday night.

Did you clean the coils or just spray them down with water? Lint is hell on coils.
-
The sprinkler is already there.

Check the coil it might have to be split. I don't know if York does it but Trane doubles the coil and lint will build up in between the 2 coils. It looks clean but you would be surprised how much dirt builds up.

Terrible suction press. With high head. Only circ1 trying.bad super heat. Ok subcooling at 16- 18 electronic sh/ sc checker.ill report next week after new drier on circ 1 and leak check #2. Itll be 20 tons if fun.

sounds like a restriction probably the drier

Sounds like the compressor/compressors have been cooking for a while. Those mid sized Sunlines only move a little over 700CFM per ton through the condenser. So if your getting lint in the coils, it won't take long to cook the compressors, and clog the LLFDs. Put them on a monthly condenser coil cleaning program. And they'll get a better life span out of the compressors.

Some Yorks have a 2nd row of the cod coil you would need to pull the top off carfully spreed and clean. Lint and cotten wood are hell.

York...probably a restriction usually the drier. Sometimes the orifice. Other times the condenser. I'd change the drier and blow through with nitrogen
