follett LC12 ice makers

Hi all, I'm a new member. We just purchased a series 15 stand alone Follett water and ice machine. The water flow from the dispenser is very slow and even starts to trickle out. I have checked the solenoids ( it has two) and all the tubing. everything looks normal. Next, I contacted Follett and they sent me another Filter. They said that sometimes their filters have an issue. Our water is very clean. I installed the new filter and the same issue. The water flow is low? It takes several minutes to fill a cup. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

By the way, our water pressure is 56 psi.
