What is the average RH and dry bulb temperature during summer and winter?

Requirement for right sized air condiditioning has to be supplemented with calculations or sensible heat gain and loss, latent heat gain and loss, room slope, and comfort zone data are some of the basic information you need to start with.

Ask a reputable contractor around you to design a suitable HVAC system for you.

Your air flow may be too low. Have an HVAC professional see if it can be increased.

Increase the air flow will decrease latent removal. Operate the fan continuously. TB
