    Behind the scenes

    This is what kitchen looks like at casinos , I was there as a spectator that day. But took some pics,company I work for has stores inside casinos. So all of this was new to me

    Ice machines that size I admit I've never seen. I imagine these could be used at seafood plants etc

    That kitchen in that Casino looked clean. Ellis Island Casino kitchen in 2012 was so bad. The inspectors closed the restaurant down. While the inspectors was working on their report, Ellis Island management kicked the health inspectors out. http://www.scrippsmedia.com/ktnv/new....html?lc=Smart
