    Condensor fan running backwards

I changed out a burn out fan motor on the condensor and put a new 7.5 cap. as the motor required. It worked fine for a week or so... now the fan when it starts up goes back and forth and about half the time runs backwards. I reversed the leads, changed the cap just in case it was a bad one. Any suggestions......
