    My central AC lineset has 5/8" nom. (3/4" OD) suction line. But the armaflex that is on it is for 3/4" nom (7/8" OD) tubing. This leaves a small 1/8" gap running the entire length of the lineset. Is this a problem that needs to be fixed? If so, could it possibly harm the system?Thanks.

    As long as the insulation is glued or taped tight, the air space between the pipe and armaflex will not be a problem
